Paul has worked on a variety of education, sports, healthcare and office buildings. Paul led our team on the redevelopment of Miesian Plaza, the former headquarters of the Bank of Ireland on Baggot Street.


Miesian Plaza achieves LEED v4 Platinum Certification

Originally designed by Scott Tallon Walker in the 1960’s. Miesian Plaza underwent extensive redevelopment to provide Grade A office accommodation in line with best international practice and to the highest environmental standards. To secure LEED Platinum v4 accreditation, Miesian Plaza was assessed by the USGBC for:

  • Water Efficiency
  • Energy and Atmosphere
  • Materials and Resources
  • Indoor Environmental Quality
  • Innovation
  • Regional Priority Credits

The Miesian Plaza complex comprises three office buildings each fitted out by Scott Tallon Walker Block 1 is now occupied by The Department of Health, The Department of Children and Youth Affairs and the Department of Finance. Block 2 & 3 are occupied by Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited.
